Only a few hours left in Litchfield...

Hello friends and family!


I've never had a blog before, but I thought this would be a nice way to keep everyone updated on "My Disney Adventure." :) I'm not sure how many people will follow this blog, but this will be a nice way for me to journal my experience as well. I will try to update the blog as often as possible. I just got done packing a little while ago, so other than a few last minute things in the morning, I'm ready to go!!! My parents are driving down with me (thank God) because that would be a long trip by myself, and I'll get to spend some more quality time with them. Other than being packed, I think I'm ready for this experience. The past couple of weeks have been very bittersweet. I've been saying goodbye to a lot of my friends who I won't see for many months. However, as I've told some of them it's not goodbye...just "see you later." I'm going to miss everyone so much, but I'm thankful for various things like Skype and Facebook to help me stay connected while I'm away. I'm excited and nervous, but I know God will help me through this transition in my life. If you read this in the next day or so please pray for our safe travels! We will arrive in Orlando late afternoon on Saturday (5/21). Now it's past midnight, and I need to get to bed. Coffee will be a must tomorrow morning! :) I look forward to all of the scenic driving I'll get to experience in the next two days! Thanks for reading!
